Reserved droplet pricing for longtime droplet use

I run several droplets that I plan to keep for the unseeable future. I'd love to lock in a lower price by committing to using these droplets for a long time.

Annual invoices for small spending

The payment and accounting of small monthly invoices cost more than what is due, so could you please introduce an option to only send invoices when the spending has exceeded 30USD or som other suitable amount or just send one invoice each year?
