Configure new instance hostnames exactly from droplets name if set as FQDN

Created a droplet with the name host.domain.org -- the server's hostname was set as hostdomainorg instead of host.domain.org.

Tell me the user name to SSH with if I don't create an SSH key

I didn't add/create an SSH key when I created my droplet. I received my root password, but I have no idea what user I'm supposed to login as. I used the Ubuntu 11 (64-bit) image.

    Pricing is unclear

Your pricing page is unclear, it shows a few different prices per droplet but then on the side it says it's billed by the hour. Is that the cost per hour or monthly? Needs some clarification.

When I created a droplet based on centos, it installed a lot of packages that are not required for server application. I would recommend if you come up with an option to create a droplet for server applications i.e. Open-office, gnome, Firefox, et...

    Minimal server installs

We'd prefer starting with absolute minimal, barebones servers and then adding the services that we need rather than starting will full blown servers and having to remove a bunch of services that we don't need, and then having to add our own stuff....
