Referral Program is great but you will only earn a max 10$ per users you bring to digitalocean. It will be great that this turns into a recurring incomes for the peoples willing to promote the services.

I'm sure having PDF invoices is sufficient for many users, but it would be great to have other ways to view the data; either by being able to export to an XLS so a user can manipulate on their own, or presenting it in a data table. This would mitigate the need for creating separate "teams" who's only purpose is to generate separate bills, when the users/settings/resources are the same.

As you have updated your policies, I request you to display the expiration date of promotional credit expiration so that user can manage according to that. Thanks

I am a developer since 2001 and i want to give digitalocean a try. I read very good things about it. So i want to make a fast trial. See "No credit card required" in homepage and after joining i see "you can still however register your account by providing a Credit Card which will unlock your account." I cant understand why they dont update their homepage. This is not good myfriends. Still i will give money and try this but i dont like this sale method.

I use Payoneer's MasterCard and most of the freelancers from all around the world too. Whenever I add my card, I get an error of non-supported card type. What's more, DO requires all the PayPal accounts to be verified for shipping. Really?? I know, this could be security but what about countries where PayPal is not supported and only way to pay and get paid is something like Payoneer. I got my account suspended just for these reasons. Please have a serious look at it. I love DO and I don't want to leave it.

When I have to update credit card details I can't see any option to just change the CVV and expiry. When I 'add' a new card as the update, with the same details, but revised CVV and expiry, I can't tell which one to delete because there are no differentiating details.

Sometimes when you want to put some credit via paypal and you want to put $15 for example, you need to do 2 transactions. When you are dealing with international payment, it can also be charged for the number of transactions you are doing... It is not much indeed, but what would be the problem of having the user type how much he/she wants?

Invoices must have correct attributes attributes like Firm name, Firm address and VAT number. Currently no one European goverment Tax/revenue department will accept invoices without these attributes. Dates also can be set to be displayed in EU format DD/MM/YYYY

Please attach the invoice PDF to the 1st of the month email notification. Or make it a settings options for users to have this. It would just make accounts filing easier as I'd have a copy of the invoice without having to log in to my account and download each an every invoice. Cheers!
